The Power Breathing Technique, first described in the "Dong-UI Bo Kam" twenty-five hundred years ago, is the human equivalent of recharging your batteries. It can be used to increase the energy level of an individual to its fullest potential and maintain that level of performance for many years. It is the first technique taught to Hapkido students, and Hapkido is the only martial art where it is taught.
Power Breathing Technique is a natural way to increase strength, vitality and well-being without expensive equipment or medication. Regular practice of Power Breathing Technique will bring noticeable benefits after only 3 months and will improve overall health and contribute to improved longevity.
